Refund & Cancellation Policy
AdFix Studio sells digital course access. Please review this policy before purchasing.
General policy
Once a customer successfully purchases the course and receives access to the purchased course, the purchase is non-refundable. There is no general 7-day, 14-day or similar cooling-off refund promise.
Access failure exception
You may contact support for a refund if payment was successfully completed but access was not received, the course is unavailable due to a platform-side technical issue, or a verified duplicate payment occurred. Our support team will first attempt to resolve access issues where appropriate.
Support and disputes
If you have working access, the purchase is final, subject to applicable law. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, downloading, recording, copying or reselling does not create a right to a refund. Chargebacks should not replace contacting support about an access problem.
